@NeikoCat
1) religiously backed
2) started in rome
3) it was empirical rule instead of democracy or other alternatives.

@tuxcrafting either way, anime proportions, colors, plots, etc are dynamically exaggerated and are far from reality. It's best to watch them as satires instead of accurate reflections of reality.

@duponin
This made me cringe harder than nails scraping on a chalk board.

@essie I said nothing about police.

Having a unmonitored hot lamp on in your closet is a fire hazard.

@promethea i really like Lovecraft but I need to finish the collective works book I have of his. Before that, I was reading Stephen King's The Dark Tower Series(nothing at all like the movie which does the series a great shame).

@promethea I suppose if you can't find a game you like- that's one thing.

Video games are a recreational activity and there's no real way to determine "efficiency" in recreational activities except for personal satisfaction.

That being said, if your trying to optimize your life and become more productive- then cutting out recreation all together would have to be a start- followed by finding satisfaction in the daily tasks you do. Personally, I find such a lifestyle not to be keen towards my tastes- but to each their own.
