Shamefully, I haven't logged into gitlab in a while. Today I did so so that I could make backups of system call tables. Feels nice being able to use a public provider and setting repo to public. Everything I do at work is covered in NDAs and copyright...

Hey! You could be reading an acclaimed epic urban fantasy! Instead of whatever it is you're doing right now! Go on! Start here! thecityofroses.com/contents

both are technically correct. Though 'regal' is closer to 'kingly' and 'magnificent' whereas regius is relatively ~bland~ and simplifies to 'royal'. This is a good testimony to context-sensitivity and how a person and easily mis-potray themselves in a full-latin-speaking society by choosing the wrong word(s).

Regius = royal
"The son ascended to the regius throne."
"He was not subject to the country et thus was not capable of inheriting a titulus('title') regius."

Ergo = "therefore"

There wasn't any evidence, ergo- it was deemed unlikely to exist.

@trinsec
Agreed, it's nice to know that a semi-universal(big generalization) language does exist, even if hardly anyone uses it. This is bedside the fact no-one speaks/reads it.

I would personally love to try some day have a conversation in latin- purely for personal satisfaction reasons.

Magnum opus = "great work"
The philosopher achieved his magnum opus and recorded his findings on emerald tablets.

No new shows to watch, decided to watch 'ergo proxy' again.

@jbauer
Need for Speed = you pretend you're a street racing badass
Herbie the love bug = cute Disney voltswagen bug is alive and races for you.
Stephen King's Christine = it loves you, it will kill for you, it will kill you too.

@jbauer
Like Need for Speed connection? Herbie the love bug? Or Stephen King's Christine?

@matera
Sell it? Could be someone else's hobby/project/spare-parts.

@matera
Appears to be a lag, followed by a restricted area for tft input.

I could be wrong, but I hope I'm not.

@jbauer
Driving stick isn't hard, just taxing. There's additional steps involved for otherwise most-basic(from auto trans pov) tasks.

I would only get a stick if I wanted to race or loved the rest of the car. There used to be the argument that driving stick was better for the environment, but that's been replaced with electric cars.
