As someone who worked directly with corporate vendors- if it's refurb, it's probably been sitting a while before on their side. If it's the same one- someone who isn't getting paid enough reflashed a chip on a 10-yr old laptop and repackaged it.

I will aggressively consider your feelings with harsh criticism that favors your well-being. I will force you to enjoy a mutually pleasant and beneficial conversation on a topic of your choosing. You will forever regret not having talked to me sooner and you will surrender all notion of me being the vile, evil, scum that permeates the earth. You will be targeted and subjected to intense and brutal kindness that will leave you in tears. After all is said and done, you will spend endless, sleepless nights laying awake in bed- in neverending dread of not having had more friends like me. The amount of pain and anguish you felt before will be insurmountably dismal in comparison to the ferocious consideration for your well-being.

Actually, it will still be admissible- but up to the presenter of said evidence to prove as authenticity beyond a doubt.

The current niche market for proving such material will grow around such circumstances and will be scouted by by law firms wishing to have in-house teams to work on their cases.

Tea is cheap. Cof-fee comes at a price.

But hey, I could be overthinking it.

Nah... It'll be fine. Being a rock n roll band and being a menace to society is still a good trend.

The three horizontal black lines on the side of a school bus are there for emergency responders. In an emergency where the doors and windows can't be opened and they need to cut into the bus, the lines show the positions of the floor boards, the bottom ...

I don't know who need to hear this, but as a reminder- abuse of the legal system _is_ a thing and _is_ recognized in court.

Example:::
Vexatious litigation is legal action which is brought solely to harass or subdue an adversary. It may take the form of a primary frivolous lawsuit or may be the repetitive, burdensome, and unwarranted filing of meritless motions in a matter which is otherwise a meritorious cause of action. Filing vexatious litigation is considered an abuse of the judicial process and may result in sanctions against the offender.

Is this accidental euthanasia? Was there a "do not resuscitate"?

Oh wait, I should actually check if he died first.

Yup, come to the dark side- the darkness embraces. It does not lash out at you for yelling into it. The dark side gives you quiet space, the darkness does not judge. The dark side sees you for who you are- more will be revealed when you see less.
