Merit can be earned through efforts towards goal that is not applicable to skill.

An example is someone who is *supposedly* active in a community but doesn't actually put associated development skill into it. (eg. Posting, reposting, shitposting{arguably}, brief non-detailed replies, etc).

In terms of projects like the linux kernel, merit is actually in often seen as code-related contribution.

To me, you earn my respect- I don't know who are and don't care otherwise. Neither of of us should be anything to either unless some figment-like fragment of dust-like spec of a reason occurs.

Tldr; merit vs effort is context-sensitive in this case, but overall I believe efforts/labor should be scaled accordingly.

With the advent of things like and companies slowly introducing employing people based on skill instead of merit, I hope the future will be more pleasant in such regards. I could be mistaken given my preferences, but I hope my judgement is adequately aligned.

With that context, it makes more sense- I would still try to keep an open mind though to other factors. Did they arrange a date(for ex.)? Is that kind of behavior normal for him and/or her? Etc etc.

Assuming you know enough about everything at play, I totally side with you on that.

I purchased a kde , I hope I can figure out a way to get the mobian backplate...

@seanking @robby @abloo You can.Just connect your phone to your computer via USB and use the "adb shell" terminal command. With "pm list packages | grep google" you'll find Google crap and with "pm uninstall --user 0 [packagename]" you can remove it.It's not as easy as it should be for the non-nerd users but it's a solution I use very often.

@seanking "restoring user privacy will raise the price of cell phones" is quite a take

Eg. Unsolicited sexualization of individual is wrong. Places like Hooters, chip n sale shows and general strip bars market off sexualization, but is inheritantly soliciting such. In common place, this would not be appropriate and rude.

I'm assuming all the individuals listed had no reason or pretext to facilitate such behavior from occurring, and assume that this the detailed behavior was out of place.

My only recent use of BC is via robinhood where I can make a few bucks each day buying/selling due to its volatility.

Smdh every day at so-called abolitionists cheering on the arrests of white supremacists as if they’re being transported to an alternate dimension instead of into the same prisons where the marginalized people we’re supposed to be fighting for are being held.

I believe I repost this some time ago- and you're right.

Given enough research, I'm sure most authors can be traced back to some sort of contact option.

Sounds like a private-funded university... I never went to one and don't plan to. It's main gain is status rather than intellectual.

Perhaps people should get more comfortable being outlaws and rebels?

What/where/why? Mind giving more context? I mean I can agree with you- but feel like some aspects are missing before completely signing off.
