Most people are familiar with the usual explanation of Aerodynamic Lift
- that air moves faster across the upper surface of a wing than it does across its underside.
But most people don't stop to consider WHY that air's moving, when it WASN'T moving before the wing turned up...
IMO, this puzzle is what prompted the 'Equal Transit Time' explanation of Lift
- a WRONG explanation, but that's totally normal for Lift Explanations...)

When. I was first attending uni, I said I wanted to be a Comp Sci major. The counselor asked "ok, which profession?" To which k replied "What do you mean?" She then replied that they intended to limit my studies so that I would graduate asap instead of pursuing my overall academic education. "So do you want to be a Software Engineer or Electrical Engineer?"
Miffed that I was being stunted, I simply replied "Yes."
