I hate to ask this, but is there anyone who knows of a way to get an emergency refill on a prescription?

I don't have a new dr yet, and my old/"current" dr won't give me any more refill for my antidepressants , i've been splitting my dose in half and taking it every 4-5 days but i'm running out and won't be able to get a new dr before i'm out for a while T~T

Should I just find and go to an urgent care or what?
