What Christine Pamela seems to forget (or be unaware of) is that all these government grants don't exist to assist entrepreneurs but to fill the pockets of bureaucrats and politicians, i.e. corruption.
Only a tiny percentage will reach the productive/potential entrepreneurs, and instead go to cronies and their useless projects.
