@lupyuen well that's seriously disappointing 😞
I really want to smarten my home, but everything I think about it, I give up.
Devices aren't reliable, need some stupid extra hub I will need to power, or need Internet access and an account to do the basics.

So far I'm just using a hubitat to control some led lights and some IKEA blinds.
So far these are reliable-ish, but every 6 months or so the hubitat hangs, and twice I've had to restore the config from backups, even though I'm not making changes.

There's a big gap between cheap Chinese crap and corporate building-level systems.
So far I have been unable to find something in between.
