How can you follow people on one of the other gazillion servers?

@m7leicauser if you know their handle, you *should* be able to search them. If they're on another server, search their handle from the search tab on *your* page. (screenshot from Mastodon for Android app)
Notice how there are a few different instances-you should see a follow button populate when you search them.
