#NATO hs outlived it's basic utility i.e. 2 contain threats posed by the thn #USSR 2 #Europe. It transgressed it's mandate by taking in mre membrs & buildng adv bases agnst #Russia. Cnsder the paradox; that NATO exists today 2 manage the threats created by its own mere existence.
