Please stop cross-posting your twitter feed to Mastodon. If cross-post but never engage with your Mastodon followers, you're treating this as a syndication platform rather than a community. It comes off arrogant, and it clutters the timeline.

@chadloder Right. Take some time and manually cross-post both ways if you want to fairly engage everyone.

@ShrikeTron @chadloder this is the first time "disengaged" comes across in the conversation. And let me tell you, "disengaged" doesn't read this anyway. As far as "cluttering the timeline". This is the opposite to the problem many have. Easy to stop following. Yet, many people (myself included) find genuinely interesting content on twitter. I prefer cross-posting a retweet, rather than detaching from the source
