@ProPublica My reading of this case is that Murphey was under suspicion of perjury, and when he was cleared, instead of being grateful he pitched a tantrum. And why wasn't he subpoenaed like any other witness? If he'd refused to testify then he could sit in jail for contempt.

@jhavok @ProPublica this might be the last step before the resignation of... the whole chain of command in the prosecution. After Gartner's resignation there are still prosecutors that need to work with this police force. But yes, who knows which one would be better of the community at the end...
