@ZhiZhu well, there is Biden, but then there is Kamila, and Biden’s administration hasn’t been very good at making anyone feel comfortable about her taking over if he is unable to lead. If he does run again, and wants to ensure a win, seeking a suitably able replacement needs to be part of the strategy.
