The Washington Post has offered useful, even vital, commentary about the growing -- perhaps unstoppable -- threat to our democracy. Here's an example:

But the Post's "news" coverage of politics has barely even begun to acknowledge what's happening. Sporadic noticing of the threat is almost the same as ignoring it.

The same applies, even more, to the New York Times and basically all of Big Journalism.

Journalists will be remembered as the fascists' willing helpers.

He tried to steal state secrets and sell them. Can't they just rendition him and keep him at a blacksite until after the election? They do it to innocent people all the time, why not this waste of space? The GOP would implode in the resulting chum feeding frenzy, as an added bonus.
