can one schedule a toot? easily via an app or web client?
@chrisamaphone Tusky has a feature for this, so I assume other phone clients do as well. Oddly, this is a feature in the Mastodon *server*— it's part of the phone API https://docs.joinmastodon.org/methods/scheduled_statuses/ but as far as I've ever noticed is not exposed in the web interface.
