SCOTUS will not rescue America from the nightmare that is Trump and MAGA. They just won't.
They will rule that Trump does not have immunity from prosecution for acts while in office as President, which is hugely important and should be a positive
However they will also rule that he cannot be banned from the contest to become President again because Congress needs to make clarifying law about how the 14th Amendment is applied. After the Civil War it was obvious. Now it's not.
