Actually I did and know AI has been shown to be biased. Guess you haven't read anything about that? There isn't any way to automate moderation, it's prone to failure.
Anyway we don't need moderation on the Federation, that's for Twitter, Facebook, and Google! People just need to learn to use their delete key and unsubscribe function!
