That screengrab doesn't look like Mastodon. Qoto has trending hash tags, which shows on the web interface but doesn't show in my web app or in this app I'm using to write this post. So YMMV.
@marathon0 It's Mastodon, but qoto is on an older version. Explore tab was added 3.5.0, qoto is on 3.2.1
