I ask it because Colombia is having its National dialogues on Open Science this week.

I'll be participating in one of the discussions, so I could recommend to be part of this inititative

@copdeb we are open to discussions and international coordination is a necessity. We are also discussing with india. I will be in Costa rica in May for COAR general assembly. This is a placé where we could discuss with more South American countries. And we hope to organise à french/South america meeting about open science after the summer (in paris).

@marind That would be great. We'll be participating in the OA2020 conference in Berlin, first week of june.

I don't know if you are participating in that conference. If that is the case, maybe we could have a talk.
