@mathlover@Tutanota@thenewoil To be honest it depends on your needs vs your budget. From what I’ve read, Proton has more features outside of email. They appear to be a bigger company. Now, the folks at @Tutanota make some interesting points about why they are more cautious about rolling out features because they are really privacy focused and worry about all of the little details. That’s a plus to me. Plus Tutanota’s price is great. But if things like strong calendar integration are really important you may be disappointed. That being said I’ve been a paying customer of Tutanota for a couple years now with my own domain and the email itself is great. So I like it a lot and I appreciate their privacy policies. Even search had to run locally on your client because they can’t read your stuff at all. You may want to try the free tier for a bit and see how you like it. Then pay for the one you want. Paying is good. You are the customer, not the product.
