@atomicpoet To be fair, the word "moderated" is probably a better word to use here.
Censorship usually refers specifically to governmental restriction or mandating of speech. I have heard arguments for corporate censorship being a thing, but outside the very real issue of people and companies filing frivolous lawsuits against people for protected speech they don't like, most purported examples I have heard of *that* have been bullcrap.

@atomicpoet Understood. I've seen that kind of nuance-allergic person before...way too many times to count.
@atomicpoet And to be clear, moderation is not only necessary for social media (see 8chan for examples of what happens otherwise), but also protected by the First Amendment.
People have a right to speak, but other people aren't compelled to listen, and they certainly aren't compelled to host speech they don't want to host.
