We can reform the *way* research is evaluated and recommend #openscience, like COARA. But if we don't discuss *who* is in charge of evaluating it and *why* they do it, science, trapped in the zero-sum game of state (centralized, authoritarian) evaluation, will only be open in words.
If you are or know any signatories of #COARA, get them to join the #AISA proposal. The issue must be discussed in Europe!
