我听说之前有一年冬天国内流感大爆发是因为疫苗算岔撇了，那年给大家打的是A型流感疫苗但流行的是B型。我查了一下法国流感疫苗都是A型B型各两种病毒的疫苗混合打的，没有只打一种这一说。可能是时代进步了？？
