When you boost anything (such as #politics), how do you add content warning to a boost that didn’t have a CW to start with? #Mastodon #ContentWarnings? And another question is “How come suggested hashtags aren’t in CamelCase?”
@mguhlin oh, and as far as the second question, I would like to know myself. I have noticed this behavior with the web version as well as Tusky and Fedilab.
Since it is preferred to use #CamelCase for #hashtags for screen reader/accessibility purposes, you would think that the hashtag suggestions would be provided in that format.
The case does not matter, however in a technical sense. Whether you use all upper case, all lower case, camel case, etc. the hashtags are all the same.

Looks like there might be a fix for this coming in the next version. I see a Github issue regarding this which was closed as fixed just 3 days ago. So hopefully we'll see this soon!
