Big endian utf16 pascal strings. I missed that case 🙈 and guess what, it’s really widely used

@wader that's a baremetal noruntime .net binary. It's surprisingly small, but i didnt checked .net stuff since dot.gnu disapeared, so i guess that's how .net handles strings
