Das Wort "Schulmedizin" ist ein Kampfbegriff. Er soll die gute, sanfte, menschliche "Alternativmedizin" auf dieselbe Stufe hieven und vergleichbar machen.

Dabei gibt es nur eine Medizin: die evidenzbasierte. Alles andere ist Humbug!

Und: Naturheilkunde ist durchaus evidenzbasiert. Die Wirkung von Johanniskraut bei depressiven Verstimmungen ist z.B. nachweisbar.

Naturheilkunde ist nicht in denselben Topf zu werfen wie "alternative Heilpraktiken", zu denen z.B. Homöopathie gehört.

Many are saying Mastodon reminds them of the early days of social media. It's true. My feed is filled with cat photos. Take away the capitalist profit-motivated algorithms and the cats emerge once again to lead us.

It is always solved (for very good reasons) in the energy domain, while its time evolution is usually neglected.
