Since the GOP candidates have decided to not play fairly, then the rules need to be updated. All candidates should sign an Oath promising to accept the election outcome. Mere refusal of an outcome should not be allowed .The exception: .IF there is verifiable proof that the ballots weren't counted accurately then a recount can commence.
