am feeling a bit better now after I slept 12 hours, were only 9 hours awake, and slept again for 12 hours 
after not being able to sleep for weeks I am now hibernation-Isi I guess

Why don't you rearrange your life to make it more sleep friendly?
@mur2501 well the doctor said one week ago that if my sleeping problem doesn't get better I should go there in two weeks again so... I guess I'll be there again next week
