Yes, considering that majority of people are concentrated in slums which are extremely overpopulated, but if you go there you will be surprised when they say haven't seen or heard anybody they know with Covid-19 symptoms like. According to me, Africa, we are under equipped to take large number of samples. People are infected die or recover without going to national tally or records.

Very similar here in India, just government is more equipped. While we have alot of cases but the number of deaths are 10 times lesser then USA

India is well organized in terms of medicine, it's cannot be compared with Kenya or any African country like Kenya. But I agree with you in terms of India's megacities where people are living carefree like in Kenya. @wauz
