This kiddo is learning ![]()
@mur2501 well won't read anything that sooner. These days I am playing around with the Devil's language.
@seek
What?
@mur2501 I mean JS
@seek
Turd Language ![]()
@mur2501 😆 yup but I gotta learn it. Because I was learning a little bit of web development.
@seek
Learn assembly ![]()
@seek
Probably a computer architecture book🙃
Also a little bit knowledge about electronics work🤓
@mur2501 ohw I don't know much about electronics work. I only know some electronics theories because I learned some for physics. But I am not very much into hardware and stuff.
So may be assembly won't work for me. Anyway these days it is used for hardware related things right?
For now I just wanna stick to only software.
@seek
You don't really need much electronics anyway, it's not about wiring circuits or anything. You should just know the thoery of electronics and what componemts do what stuff. While this is not necessary, and you can learn assembly with knowing any much about electronics.
@mur2501 oh I see, do you think it'll be worthy to spend time learning assembly these days. (pretty sure it will take longer to learn)
@seek
Assembly language isn't hard
It's just made of very very simple tasks your architecture provides.
The hard thing is to write programs which in higher languages could be written easily 😉
@mur2501 I don't have that experience, now you are increasing my curiosity 😆
@seek
Assembly is not just another programming language, it's a fucking to everything in computers. You choose any programming language from the modern times from JS to Python to Java to Lisp a program written in any of language at the end gets transformed into an assembly code which eventually gets compiled into raw binary bits 🙃
@mur2501 well yeah but these days I just want to learn some higher level languages first.
@seek
Yeah in current times assembly is limited in it's use for hardware related stuffs, kernels, tweaking programs, and other many stuffs.
Though the purpose of learning assembly in the beginners stage is to understand your weapon(the computer) and really see how it does what it does.
@mur2501 ahh yeah, you are right. I should start reading about assembly then. Pretty sure it will come in handy in the future. Anyway it's good to know if how to tweak some deep shit.
@seek
Assembly is the premium and primary tool for hackers and reverse engineers ![]()
@mur2501 oohw I like hacking stuff (not cracking). The thing is I don't have much time these days. I wish I started learning something like assembly at least one year ago.
But I will learn assembly someday.
btw have you done any interesting projects with assembly?
@mur2501 great! tell me how should I start!
