@mur2501 I can't have to get up at least around 7:00. And if I can't get at least 7 hours of sleep it's very hard for the eyes.

Yesterday I slept at 2:30AM and woke up at 12 noon. Today I slept at 1:30 AM and woke up at 8AM

Sleep isn't a rigid thing, you can make it more or less.

@mur2501 same here but I used to sleep 5 hours. 4 I can't stay awake with just 4 hours of sleep.
