While apps aren't a small thing but still apps and software export doesn't really count much importance to China as well as it's enemies.
The main weapon is the production of parts of various products. There may be written that it's 'Made in Netherlands' or 'Product of USA' but in most cases it's just assembled in that country, the components and raw material of it probably comes from China or South East Asia, etc
