@jcbrand probably depends on the industry/country. in my country and the industry I’m in you will not get hired to higher-level employment without a degree—essentially regardless of degree type, you just won’t get hired without a 4 year of almost any kind

don’t know what job/country you’re in but most job listings I’ve seen always list a 4-year as either a minimum or highly preferred req. @alex
