This is Sri Piyayuru Pussapaksha, distant cousin of the pussa of the house of Rajapaksha.
He overthrew the infamous rajapaksha from the throne, converted the island from democratic republic to a buddhist absolute monarchy and now will rule as the King and Chief Monk of Sri Lanka.
We can't afford another monarchy right now.
