This #Introduction is a riddle.

I'm one of those #moms who, quite literally, my kids are my life. I have 2 who are #actuallyautistic & 2 who have been diagnosed with #ADD. There are 2 who have graduated high school but only one of them has moved out of our house. Two of them suffer from suicidal #depression & 2 of them suffer from severe social #anxiety. I have 2 who are #trans, & one who is #gay. 2 of them could be identical twins except for the 10 years between them. HOW MANY KIDS DO I HAVE?
