The VALUES are very important in my life. It’s the way how to deal with the people, world and most importantly with me.
When I reached 40, I start to feel that my values are refreshed from the age of 14 or so.
Within this I strongly believe my most important value currently in my life is FREEDOM. And I do mean the inner freedom in my heart, soul and life.

Held to one I would have to keep Conscientiousness for where I am in life as a dad and people manager.
