Alec Baldwin Is Charged, Again, With Involuntary Manslaughter
A grand jury in New Mexico indicted the actor in the shooting death of the cinematographer on the film “Rust,” months after the original case against him was dismissed.

I'm sure Baldwin's lawyers will be asking to dismiss it due to the Constitution's double jeopardy clause. With that acquittal, I think the only hope for punishing him is through the civil courts. And that would only be monetary damages.
