Imagine if ice cream vans didn't already exist and someone went on Dragon's Den or whatever said "I want to drive around towns, loudly playing copyrighted music and then park outside schools and residential areas to sell unhealthy foods to children from out of a van with unlicensed cartoon characters painted on it".
