Cucumbers were on sale today at the supermarket, and I was going to buy a lot until I realized it would be too cucumbersome to carry them all home.

@oaksong yes, indeed, the small cucumbers could put me in a pickle. speaking of which, I haven't tried eating pickled garlic. there's an indian supermarket not far from my work. i should stop by and see if they sell pickled garlic.
