Obvious problems with this:
1) Privacy.
2) Concentration of power.
3) Questionable benefits.
4) False positives, especially when some agency acts in "real time" before all the information is available.
5) Surveillance carried out by spooks. The least accountable of government agencies.
6) Other incursions on civil liberties.
