How can the passing of the #DMCA be explained by anything other than supreme stupidity, ignorance or malice?
(That is mostly a rhetorical question, I'm ranting bad laws that still degrade my quality of life even now as they have for decades.)
All the defenses I've ever heard of #copyright tend to boil down to the last two.
