Does windows have && and | for commands honestly don't know

@nonetrix I meant about | and && on windows. Don't misunderstand. I tried powershell for couple of days before switching to linux. Every command was like 10 chars long....(I didn't know what a command was back then...:-)
I don't see myself going back.....
