@peterdrake The fellow who was TAing my group in abstract algebra (http://slawomir-cynk.u.matinf.uj.edu.pl/) always gave the impression of just randomly following digressions, but we always ended up traversing through the relevant and important topics. To this day I don't know how much planning he did.
@peterdrake On my QTS I didn't get the teaching materials until the day before and was then marked down for not having
detailed plans 😆 and not getting my plans to my mentor 48 hours in advance.. 😆
Lesson planning in teaching is a bit of a nonsense.
So much detail to be produced by individual teachers for the same lesson. 🤪
Industry training firms have a set plan, which is adapted by individual trainers NOTE adapted not written
