@queenofnewyork She'll watch your back while you do the heist.

(And by "heist" she means "get treats out of the cupboard".)

@peterdrake Heh, she does love her treats! My last dog wasn’t very food-motivated, so it’s been fun to have a dog that will do anything for a treat. We’re running out of tricks to teach her!

can sit, sit up, shake, high five, lie down, roll over, turn around, speak, tilt her head, jump through a hoop, and do integral calculus.

@peterdrake I’ve been trying to get her to agree by nodding her head, but so far she only does it if I have a treat that I’m waving up and down. Possibly integral calculus would be easier. That or we need to get a hoop. :)

@queenofnewyork You can use your arms for a hoop.

When my then 7-year-old twin nieces wanted Violet to do the trick, their arms were too short -- but they could make a big enough hoop by working together.

It's funny when she's first learning a trick and has no idea what I want her to do. Frequent guesses include "jump at my face" or "stand absolutely still".

@peterdrake She has mastered the “I am confused so am going to scratch my neck until you get it figured out” trick. :)
