Videogame developers don’t have to listen to me, but I think if your character generator is complex enough I could easily spend more than a half hour in it, I should be able to save game during it. Especially if it is proceeded by an unskippable intro section. 😒
@peterdrake Yup! Never played it, but some of my friends are the pen and paper kind of game dev and it’s been discussed. ;)
In this case it’s less that isn’t character could die, and more that I, the player, had to go to sleep!
