Can we teach enough Python for no-prerequisite introductory data science without using for loops or Pandas? We think we can.

(Work in progress; some later sections not written yet.)

One day I’ll see you, capercaillie. An incredible encounter with a massive male bird in the Italian Alps, shared by Nadia Furlan https://www.facebook.com/groups/60561141881/permalink/10159240290856882/

Forget finding out who gave Order 66. We want to know how it is that Princess Leia CLAIMS to be a "champion of the people" but wears a million $$ necklace to an award ceremony and hands out GOLD MEDALS to her FRIENDS??! THE PEOPLE NEED ANSWERS!

I start the air popper and THEN look for a bowl.

I'm just saying we've never seen Bernie Mittens and the demon statue on the cover of the original AD&D player's handbook in the same room at the same time.

Just an observation about the media:

We’ve gotten dozens of request from political reporters asking to be connected with veterans who became right-wing extremists.

But we’ve gotten zero interest in the perspective of POC troops who had to cope with extremists in their units.

Trying to rebuild my attention span. It was hard with BREAKING outrages several times a day. Here's to a calmer, more boring national life.

(Yes, there's still work to do, but that will be easier when the Strategic Spoon Reserve is being restocked.)

Fauci just announced the end of Trump's Gag Rule that defunded NGOs who even discussed abortion with women.

This meant closing women's health services, family planning clinics, HIV clinics. Studies found use of birth control DROPPED by 14% & abortion rose by 40% as a result.

"How are things in Portland and Seattle?"

Someone who has never been to either: "It's ANARCHY! The Antifas has burnt them to the grounds! MILLIONS HAVE BEEN KILLED!"

Someone who lives there: "It's raining. But it warmed up a bit, so that's nice. Gonna go for a jog soon."
