1. Successful shopping trip.
2. Power held up through the storm.
3. Got in a game of Parks.

@trinsec Yeah, I'll occasionally come back to a racing game (like the Grid series). I have a ridiculous wheel and pedal set.

@trinsec I don't tend to replay video games; I get through the main arc and then never touch them again. For me, replayability is much more of an issue for tabletop games. I'm still getting joy from Go after decades.

@trinsec The ones that I had the most fun playing, which of course correlates closely to how much time I spent playing them.

Best video games I've played this year? Hardspace: Shipbreaker and Opus Magnum.

@trinsec Interesting! Solving your crimes on TV is probably a key move if you want to be a famous detective.

Weirdly, the person you descrive has almost exactly the same name as a character from Dune:

@htdrake: That was an astute observation.

Me: *gasp* Does that make ME the greatest detective in the world?

In mystery movies, characters are always gushing, "You're the greatest detective in the world!"

How do detectives get famous? Can anyone name the greatest real-life detective in the world right now? Or, like, any detective?

1. Completed (with an asterisk) the last mission in Fast & Furious: Highway Heist.
2. My new clubs and torches arrived. Alas, it's too rainy to practice outside and the ceilings are too low to practice inside.
3. Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr continues to ramp up at a satisfying pace.

I have made my last attempt to enjoy 7th Continent.

I very much wanted to like it. A co-op exploration adventure! With hundreds of beautiful cards! That reward your close examination! And a custom soundtrack to perfectly set the mood!

Unfortunately, the game play was too frustrating for me. How so?

Our dogs got toys for Christmas, as usual. Leo wasted no time removing the squeaker from his. But I was quite surprised to find a message hidden inside the toy. #Christmas #dogsOfMastodon
