Staring our two weeks of F games with Floriferous. It's quick to set up, simple to play, and gives you a lovely garden even if you don't score the most points.
Oddly, my gardener mother-in-law really disliked it because it wasn't botanically accurate. Some of the flowers don't come in those colors I guess?

A weird hill I will die on is about Oregon trail history. When people recreate it now they put everyone on the wagon. But wagon wheels were metal and wood rolling on dirt and rock and it fucking sucked and usually no one but small kids rode on wagons because it was so bumpy.
People *walked* from Kansas City to Oregon.
Few films/shows depict it correctly, no sane person would want to be on the wagon part, you just walk 25mi next to it each day and eventually get to the west.
Overheard: "My brain can't handle the artwork!"
