the ridiculousness about people wanting to rename the gnu image minuplation program, and the harassment received by the creators of glimpse
the, from what i hear, atrocious accessibility tools of the various linux desktop experiences
even eugen seems to have a habit of disregarding users' reqeusts for a more secure mastodon, most notably the half-baked account migration feature. not to even get started on how the moderators of mastodon.social were treated
it sucks, it's disillusioning, and i honestly won't be able to take any FOSS advocate seriously until these structural problems are actually addressed.
"but x project is nice" yeah i don't care. the rest of the bad apples spoil the whole bunch in my eyes
