New release of the tzdata PyPI package today (2020e). The most pressing issue in this one is a change to the time zone in Volvograd reflecting a time zone change taking place on December 27th (<48 hours from now!).
Also make sure to update your system packages!

It would be shocking if changing the time zone with less than a week's notice did not result in a bunch of easily avoidable problems.
